This three-hour group offers psychotherapists working in the humanistic and /or transpersonal style a forum to share client and practice related experiences, get answers to process questions and suggestions for research materials, and explore personal blocks and counter-transference around client-sessions.
Group size is held to a maximum of 10 participants and a commitment for the six consecutive sessions is requested, taking into consideration emergencies and vacation times. The monthly format allows for enough time between sessions for part-time practitioners to gather material while allowing full-time practitioners easier inclusion into busy schedules. The group is facilitated by an experiences psychotherapist but peer sharing and input will be requested and encouraged.
Where: Canadian Academy of Therapeutic Arts, 120 Newkirk Ave. Unit 12/13, Richmond Hill, ON
When: Once a month each third Saturday, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (some exceptions apply)
Next rotation starting April 21st, 2012 and ending September 15th, 2012
Fee: $ 300 incl. HST for six sessions
($ 50 / 3-hour session)
